Phase One – Detox
Depending on your medical history, how much and how long you’ve used – and what you’re using right now – inpatient detox might be a good idea, or you might detox at home with support and supervision. Either way, we’re here to help with medically supervised, clinically supported detoxification.
Phase Two – Addiction Treatment
Once your head is clear, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) will offer structured support and tools. You’ll start working one-on-one with a therapist who can help you get to the root causes of your addiction and develop skills to prevent relapse. And you will be introduced to 12-Step fellowships and other groups, so you can find the recovery community that’s right for you. Social support is an essential ingredient for long-term recovery, and finding places where we identify and feel supported is essential.
Phase Three – Aftercare
As IOP is completed, aftercare planning begins. Many people enjoy our aftercare group, and together with ongoing therapy aftercare helps you learn to apply the tools you’ve learned so you can remain abstinent even as life happens. 12-Step or other outside community engagement is a vital component in ongoing recovery. For many people, sober living arrangements can allow a fresh start in a safe and structured environment.
